Landlords are prohibited from restricting the owners, tenants, or guests of apartments or condominiums are permitted to store firearms and ammunition in their units.

• The tenant or guest may also carry firearms and ammunition to and from their vehicle that is associated with the unit.
• The tenant or guest may store a firearm and ammunition in their vehicle in the parking lot related to the unit.
