PA Rep. Introduces Permitless Carry Bill

State Representative Aaron Bernstine is proposing a bill that would dramatically change Pennsylvania's concealed carry permit requirements. Under House Bill 142, citizens that have already passed a criminal background check would no longer be required to obtain a permit to carry a concealed firearm in Pennsylvania. State law currently requires an additional application and background check in order to obtain a concealed carry permit.
